Mustang Shifts Into Gear After Clutch Install

    Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 8:53 AM [ 2011 Mustang Build]

Check out the clutch work being done on the WD-40/SEMA Cares Mustang and see what Rich Barsamian, national sales manager for Advanced Clutch Technology has to say about WD-40®.

“ACT uses WD-40 every day in our shop in a variety of ways. Whether it is applied to our pressure plate friction surfaces as a corrosion preventative and moisture barrier or used to clean our pressure plate covers before packaging, it always gets the job done. We specifically used WD-40 on the WD-40/SEMA Cares Mustang build as we would on any other build. It is applied to hardware for reassembly to both decontaminate and lubricate the threads which allows for a more accurate torque reading.” - Rich
